Back Orders & Availability

If a product is marked as "Unavailable," it means we do not currently have the selected configuration in stock. However, you may still place a back order by proceeding through the usual checkout process. Your order will be prioritized for production or restocking.

Back Order Timeline

Once your order is placed, the item will be custom-made or restocked specifically for you. Back-ordered items typically take approximately 28 days to be delivered. We will provide regular updates throughout the process to keep you informed and assured.

Payment Terms

Back-ordered items require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of placing your order.
This deposit guarantees that your item will be reserved and prioritized for production.
The remaining balance is due prior to fulfilment of the item.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel a back-ordered item:

• The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained to cover administrative and production costs.

• If you have already paid the remaining balance (i.e., the item has been fully paid for but not yet fulfilled), we will refund that "remaining" 70%

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5 working days of your cancellation request

Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the courier and your location. You will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lead Time for Out-of-Stock "Unavailable" Back Order Items:

If the product you ordered is not in stock, please allow up to 28 days for manufacturing. We will notify you if your order will be delayed due to stock availability. 

Duties & Taxes:

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees based on the regulations of your country. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices. You are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes to ensure successful delivery.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

This rifle chassis is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 15 Years from the date of purchase. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Defects in materials
• Faulty workmanship

What is NOT Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or use
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or harsh environments
