Lead Time for Out-of-Stock "Unavailable" Items
Back Order Policy:
If a product is marked as "Unavailable," it means we do not currently have the selected configuration in stock. However, you can place an order for the item as if it were in stock, following the same steps and procedures during checkout.
Back Order Timeline:
Once your order is placed, the item will be custom-made or restocked specifically for you. Back-ordered items take approximately 28 days to be delivered. We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure transparency and provide peace of mind.
Payment Terms:
Payment for back-ordered items is required in full at the time of placing the order. This guarantees your item will be reserved and prioritized for production.
Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel a back-ordered item, please note:
- 30% of the total order value will be retained as a non-refundable deposit to cover administrative and production costs.
- The remaining 70% will be refunded to you within 5 working days of the cancellation request.
